If you've been keeping your ears to the ground like we have, you'll know about up-and-coming soul/hip hop trio Othasoul. Having recently supported Pete Rock in their hometown of Camden, the group are gearing up to release their highly anticipated album "The Remedy". Louis VI (Formerly Jungle VIP), Dozer Carter & DMobbs come together in "Sweet Bite", their second release from the album.

Sweet Bite features the dulcet tones of grammy, BMI and double Ivor Novello winning singer/songwriter Nikki Cislyn of Clean Bandit, and is a soul infused track with a nostalgic feel, thanks to Louis VI on the talk box- an instrument that was polarised in funk and soul by Zapp's frontman Roger Troutman back in the 80s.

Dozer Carter & Louis VI's vocals are overlaid perfectly with a richness that makes perfect sense alongside the smooth production from third member, DMobbs.

Along with the release of the new track, Othasoul treated us to the release of the music video for Sweet Bite, filmed at COZY's first live music event back in February. Check it out below:
